Brand Challenge Update the public on the progress of essential Renewal works being undertaken by Sydney Opera House in the lead up to it’s 50th Birthday.

Narrative Strategy Humanise the work in an informal and authentic way. Engage and educate the general public about benefits to them as individuals, and to Sydney.

Customer Experience A slightly tongue in cheek journey through the progress with a recognised and acknowledged expert on architectural transformations.

Results A departure from the expected brand tone resulted in a well performing piece of social content (considering its subject matter!) with 7,000+ views and shares.
